Running diagnostics

Every light is blinking and nothing works. I'll come sort it out.

In-home tech support for regular households — Wi-Fi, computers, printers, TVs, phones, smart doorbells, whatever's misbehaving. No call center, no script, no jargon. Just someone who shows up and fixes it.

What I fix

If it plugs in or connects, it's fair game.

Wi-Fi that drops

Dead spots in the back bedroom, a router that needs restarting every night, a mesh system that never quite worked. I'll find the cause and fix the coverage.

Slow, cluttered computers

Startup that takes ten minutes, storage that's full, updates that keep failing. Includes clearing out the junk that got installed by accident.

Printers that won't print

The most common house call there is. Offline printers, wireless setup, scanning back to your computer, and keeping it working after the next update.

TVs and streaming

Mounting, hooking up the soundbar, working out which app the show is actually on, and getting one remote to run the whole thing.

New phone, old phone

Moving photos, contacts, and apps across without losing anything. Setting up email, backups, and passwords you can find again later.

Popups, scams, and security

If you got a scary warning, or paid someone who called claiming to be tech support, get in touch. I'll check what happened and lock things down.

How it works

Three steps, and you're back to normal.

Tell me what's wrong

Fill in the form below. Plain language is fine — "the internet stopped" is enough to go on.

I come to the house

We pick a time that works for you, usually within a couple of days. Most problems are solved in a single visit.

You know how it works

Before I leave I show you what changed and write down anything worth keeping — passwords, settings, what to do if it happens again.
